Through the recommendation of a great home contractor, we became aware of Pigeon Seamless Gutters. After unsuccessful attempts by others to correct a nagging rainwater intrusion into our almost new sunrooms, Justin promptly took on the challenge.

The source of the leak was very subtle and not easy to locate. In spite of that, Justin was tenacious and wouldn’t give up on finding and resolving the problem. As it wasn’t always possible for him to be at our home during a rain to observe first-hand, he simulated rainfall by taking a hose to the roof and watching how the water traversed the roof, the gutters, and the downspouts. The result…for the first time in over four years, no water in the floor!

He also corrected problems with improperly-sized leave guard screens/baffles to eliminate rain overshooting the gutters on our fairly steep roof. His diligence not only eliminated the current problem but also stopped another expensive problem from happening…the potential for rotting the wooden sill plate in the walls and sheetrock damage to our home from this longtime leak.

As “icing on the cake”, Justin was very friendly, personable, and even took care to always close the gate so our small dog would not get out. Attention to every detail with a tenacious resolve to fix our problem, sets Justin above all the rest.
